OverviewCalcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN) is a granular fertilizer that provides an excellent source of nitrogen and calcium for plants. It is made by adding powdered limestone or dolomite to ammonium nitrate, which reduces its hygroscopicity and improves its storage properties.
